Eddie & Renata Joseph, of Seat at the Table Ministries (Belize), have been strengthened through multiple guest-generated contributions at a Mission Hospitality property — not through fundraising campaigns. Their ministry work includes rescuing vulnerable girls who, per James, would not stand a chance without them.
FireSnatchers produced an impact-story video for Hope Seeds, one that moved their executive director to tears. It's a real example of what a Capacity Catalyst deliverable looks like: telling an organization's story well enough that people watching ask how they can serve, support, or give, not just how they feel informed.
Real, current photos of James personally serving, not overseeing from a distance: alongside the Faith Fellowship & Foundations men's group, serving with Bayside at Ilvalgio Missions Community, and volunteering at Sozo's kids camp (kayaking and hiking with the kids). This is the direct, literal evidence behind Executive Discovery's "What Recovered Capacity Looks Like" section — James's own stated point is that the systems FireSnatchers builds are what free him to still do this himself, not that this replaces the need for a system.
Hosting a Radical Mentoring men's group for a weekend retreat at a Mission Hospitality property — real testimony from the group's leader (Kevin Jordan) that the home was "perfect for our retreat," and that the group's contribution went on to support Eddie & Renata Joseph's mission work in Belize (Seat at the Table Ministries — see that entry). Hospitality functioned as both a retreat venue and a giving mechanism in the same weekend.
